RETURN AND   REFUND POLICY

You can register a complaint or initiate a return (as per below returns policy) by simply contacting us at website@https://Classiquecreation.com This will create a ticket and a customer service executive will attend you.

 

 

 

We happily accept returns under the following scenarios:

 

An incorrect product has been shipped and does not match with the order placed by customer.

There is a manufacturing defect in the product shipped by us.

The product is received in a damaged/broken condition.

 

 

BREAKAGE

 

In case of product received broken or damaged during shipping, you are required to email us a picture of the broken product (along with the packaging) within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Requests of replacement sent after stipulated time will not be processed.

 

 

 

Manufacturing Defect / INCORRECT PRODUCT

In case of manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivered, you can register a complaint within 3 days from date of receipt (along with product pictures) and we can initiate a return

CANCELLATION PLEASE NOTE AND REMEMBER -   

 

In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at website@classiquecreations .com If the shipment happens due to some reason then it remains a little difficult for us to cancel it or if it happens then we have to deduct a amount  from the amount you havd  paid for your order with the help of us
