Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days from the time of order placement. If orders are made on Fridays, holidays, or weekends, processing will commence on the next business day.
If you need your order to be shipped at exact date please leave a note during checkout process.
It's important to note that items ordered together might be shipped separately due to the different item dimensions and/or weights.
Shipping times
Shipping times may vary for each item on our website. For example bedding sets are usually delivered faster than posters or another lightweight packages. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 8-16 days
- Australia and Canada: 10-17 days
- Europe: 9-15 days
- Other international orders: Up to 20 days
In rare occasions, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, sanitary restrictions and other force-majeure circumstances.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping for all orders placed from United States, Canada, Australia and EU*. Shipping cost for other countries can be estimated on the cart page or during checkout.
* Please note that there may be additional customs or import duties based on your chosen destination. There may also be an extra delay on shipping estimates shown above due to customs clearance for international orders.
Order tracking
Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment you can use our tracking portal. Use your email and order number to get information and updates about your order.
Entered the tracking number, but I cannot see information about the parcel?
After dispatching the parcel it takes some time for information to appear. Shipping information starts to appear as soon as the parcel is marked in post offices of the recipient country (usually it takes not more than 2-3 days from receiving the tracking number). If after 2-3 days from the moment of receiving the tracking number have already passed, and you still cannot track the parcel please contact us and we will take care of rest.

Shipment address changing
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us at hello@roomtery.com as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
Before placing an order, carefully check your address details. The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of specifying shipping address, recipient's name and contact number. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempt, delivery to the wrong address due to an error in shipping address caused by the customer, return of the parcel by the carrier to the warehouse due to a missing address, full or partial refund will not be provided.
*Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.
Upon delivery
We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or unclaimed after they have been delivered to the specified address. We encourage customers to provide a secure delivery location and to promptly collect their packages upon notification of delivery. If you experience issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly as they are best equipped to assist you. If you can't figure out carrier contact information please contact our Customer Care service for assistance.
Unclaimed Packages
In rare occasions packages are delivered to pick-up points when can't be delivered to recipient's address. Please be advised that once a package is available for pickup at the designated pickup point, it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the package within the specified time frame. We are not responsible for any packages that are not claimed in a timely manner. Failure to pick up your package can result in the package being destroyed so no refund can be issued in that case. We encourage all customers to carefully track their packages and retrieve them promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
Miscellaneous
Unfortunately, due to difficulties with shipping services we don’t deliver to: Bangladesh, Bhutan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, South Africa, North Macedonia, Bermuda, Maldives, Ukraine, Russia, North Korea, Tunisia and some other countries. We are sorry for this temporary inconvenience, and we will do our best to begin shipping to these countries.
